Today me and Cailtin sat down and had a really healthy conversation about being more “open” on social media.

Cailtin doesn’t understand the impact she has on other women of all shapes and sizes so this being the first post I can only imagine is very daunting for her. But she’s allowed me post to get her outside her comfort zone.

This is our girl in her bra and new joggers we are launching on Friday! Never in a million years would she offer to stand in front of the camera and do this but she said “imagine women and younger girls who look like me see this and seem themselves” 🥹🥹🥹.

It’s her step into being an actual influencer and i will support her the whole way!

Any negative comments will be blocked as I want this to be a healthy page full of body positivity ✨

Good morning. ☀️

Today, I choose to show up as the person I’m becoming, not the person my fears try to convince me I am.

I release the pressure to have everything figured out. I don’t need perfection to make progress. Every small step I take today is moving me towards the life I’m creating.

I trust my abilities.
I trust my resilience.
I trust that what is meant for me will not pass me by.

I will protect my peace, speak kindly to myself, and remember that my worth is not measured by productivity, likes, money, or anyone else’s opinion. My value has always existed.

Today I will:

* Move my body with gratitude.
* Fuel myself with intention.
* Be present in the moments that matter.
* Choose courage over comfort.
* Celebrate every win, no matter how small.

I am capable.
I am disciplined.
I am creative.
I am deserving of happiness, success, and love.

The universe is not working against me it is inviting me to keep going.

Today is another opportunity to become stronger, wiser, kinder, and more authentically me.

Good morning. 🤍

Today, I choose peace over pressure, progress over perfection, and faith over fear.

I remind myself that I do not need to have everything figured out to move forward. Every small step I take today is building the life I have been dreaming of. I am capable, I am resilient, and I am worthy of every opportunity that comes my way.

I release the need to compare my journey to anyone else’s. My path is unique, my timing is perfect, and what is meant for me will never pass me by.

I will show up with kindness, confidence, and authenticity. I will protect my energy, celebrate my wins no matter how small and trust that every challenge is helping me grow into the person I am becoming.

Today, I choose to believe in myself even on the days it feels difficult. I have survived every hard day before this one, and I carry that strength with me.

Today’s mantra:

I am becoming everything I once prayed for. I move through today with purpose, confidence, and gratitude, knowing that I am enough exactly as I am.

Since blowing up yes, I've probably done the wrong thing of reading some of the comments. So this is a post to remind me how fu***ng well I've done.

I've lost over 6 stone, nearly 7 now, I go to the gym, I walk to and from work everyday, my eating habits are getting better (I just genuinely forget to sometimes cos I'm so busy😂) I've turned my life around 360⁰!

The girl on the left would have probably been in tears over your comments before but now? I truly don't give a s**t. I'm a work in progress, that doesn't mean I have to hide myself away while going through that progress. My thing is if I can do it you can too! Because I'm genuinely just a little emo from Birmingham who likes horror, no one special. So if this girl from Brum can do it you can too!!

Pictures are a comparison so you can see the difference. Please keep opinions to yourself, I'm learning to love me for me I do not need anyone's else approval but my own. Happy Sunday 🖤
