Continuing our CSR stories from across the Group for Q1, we’re highlighting our team in China.

For World Water Day, the team focused on protecting their local environment and raising awareness of the role water plays in all of our lives.
On 20 March, they organised a beach clean-up, collecting plastic waste and helping to restore the coastline.

Alongside this, a marine expert from within the team shared knowledge on coastal wetland ecology, bringing an added layer of understanding to the importance of protecting these environments.

As we come to the end of the first quarter of 2026, our teams across the Group have been involved in a range of CSR activities, supporting colleagues, communities and local initiatives in meaningful ways.

Ramadan is a time of reflection, generosity and community, and our team in Indonesia brought this to life in a really meaningful way this month.

To mark Eid al-Fitr, they supported colleagues and their local community through a series of simple but impactful initiatives:
- 100 meal boxes shared weekly with vulnerable communities nearby
- Daily snack boxes for colleagues at 4pm during Ramadan
- A joint Iftar bringing together over 400 colleagues

As part of the evening, children from a local orphanage joined the team, receiving donations and spending time together. Colleagues were also given Ramadan gift packages and souvenirs.

It’s a great example of what small, consistent actions can do when they’re rooted in care and community.

International Women’s Day often comes with events and celebrations. This year, we also used it as a moment to reinforce our fundamentals.

Across Stretchline, some of our teams marked the day locally with activities such as guest speakers, musical programmes and team discussions.

As a group, we’re continuing to strengthen awareness around topics that shape respectful workplaces every day.

Last month we launched our new learning platform to support additional education and awareness. As part of this, we are rolling out learning modules on unconscious bias, anti-harassment and bullying, and whistleblowing and speaking up.

These areas are already part of our Code of Conduct, but reinforcing them through shared learning helps our colleagues uphold our company values in the workplace, create a supportive and inclusive culture, and feel confident to speak up when something isn’t right.

International Women’s Day is a reminder that building respectful and inclusive workplaces is ongoing work beyond one day in the calendar.
