I get to share it with Il Pescatore - Best Restaurant in Scotland at The Scottish Italian Awards - which is conveniently where the Fam took me for a birthday dinner 😍

We’ve had loads of gorgeous new frames arrive and apparently Owen has been included in the shipment. 🤷‍♂️

Good Morning Lovely People 👋🏻

What a day we had on Friday at the ACCORD Hospice Charity Swimming Day 😂

We teed off on 16, by the time we got to the 1st some people were heading back in (we’re not good enough to let rain put us off 😂) & by the time we were on the 2nd it was game over everyone, nonetheless, a healthy £10,000 was raised for ACCORD Hospice !!

Abbey Mill is closed today & you’ve got the pleasure of Jill’s company if you’re heading into the High St (9:30-5) 🤓

📞 Just another completely normal day answering the phones at Spex Appeal… 👀😂

“Can you make me look younger?”

Some days the eye tests are the easy part… 🤣👓

Despite what those ratbags at Abbey Mill have said about Lynn & I & our gallivanting- we’re actually working 😎😂

This was Lynn delivering glasses to a long time customer of ours in Spain - Gerry came home, got his eyes tested at Boots then brought us his prescription- we made the glasses up according to the prescription & Gerry got his glasses before he headed back to Spain - only problem was, Boots made an arse of his prescription, so, we retested Gerry & remade his lenses (at our expense, because of a law from 1973) then delivered them to Gerry - you see sunbathing, we see outstanding customer service with benefits 😂

PS - Bonus to the High St team who took no part in slandering us 😂
