🥂 46 TODAY ❤️

And I think I’ve finally realised something…

For years we’re made to think getting older is something to fear. More wrinkles, a changing body, getting closer to 50 😳😂… as though somehow we’re becoming less.

But I actually feel like I’m becoming more me.

At 46, I know myself better. I know who and what matters to me. I’ve stopped trying to please everyone, I care a lot less about what people think, and I’m learning that it’s absolutely fine to change your mind, change direction and still have no bloody idea what you want to do next. 😂

I’ve raised two amazing kids, worked, changed careers, had highs, lows, made mistakes, laughed until I’ve cried, worried about things that never happened and probably overthought just about everything in between. ❤️

And I’m still figuring myself out.

A little older. A little wiser. A lot stronger. And much less bothered by the things that really don’t matter.

So here’s to 46 🥂
To my family, my friends, everything that’s brought me here and whatever comes next.

I have a feeling the best bits might still be ahead. ❤️✨

💪❤️As a coach, this is the part that makes me the proudest.
Watching someone grow isn’t just about seeing the physical changes—it’s seeing the commitment they make to themselves. The days they show up when they don’t feel like it, the effort they put into every session, the consistency with their nutrition, and the trust they place in the process.

👍This client has done exactly that. She’s worked incredibly hard, stayed consistent with her training and food, and never looked for the easy option. Week after week, she’s just kept turning up.

The results she’s achieving aren’t luck—they’re earned.
I’m so proud of everything she’s achieved so far, but even more proud of the habits, confidence, and belief she’s built along the way. That’s what lasts long after any number on the scales or photo.

Keep going… this is only the beginning. ❤️💪

🫣Tried this one-piece out in the gym today 🙄 I was pleasantly surprised. 😳 The design is really flattering, the black-and-white detailing looks great, and the open back gives it a unique feel. I’d prefer a little more length and support, but it was comfortable enough for my workout and I’d definitely wear it again—both in and out of the gym. If you like a sleek, stylish look and don’t mind a more open-back design, it’s a great buy for the price. ❤️
