This is probably the hardest post I've ever had to write.
After a lot of thought, I've made the decision to close NeuroMX.
When I started this brand just over a year ago, it was never really about selling hoodies or T-shirts.
It was about raising awareness of neurodiversity within motocross.
It was about creating something that made riders and families feel seen, building a community and showing that being different isn't something to hide.
Unfortunately, passion alone doesn't make a business sustainable.
Over the past year, NeuroMX has made a loss of just over £3,000.
That's the equivalent of a decent second-hand bike for my son.
Could I keep going? Of course.
I could spend thousands more on marketing, buy stock, attend more events and hope that eventually the brand grows.
But after just over a year, that's a risk I'm no longer prepared to take.
This doesn't mean I believe in what NeuroMX stands for any less. If anything, I believe in it more than ever.
I simply can't continue funding the shop.
To every customer who took a chance on us — thank you.
To every ambassador who proudly represented NeuroMX — thank you.
And to everyone who put our logo on your graphics, race kit, bikes or vans — thank you.
Seeing something that started as an idea in my spare room appearing on bikes and kit around the paddock was something I never expected.
It was genuinely humbling to know that people believed in what NeuroMX stood for enough to carry our logo alongside their own.
That's something I'll never forget.
But probably the biggest thing I'll take away from NeuroMX isn't the clothing.
It's the people.
Meeting other parents at tracks, hearing your stories, reading your messages and realising how many families experience the same things has been genuinely heart-warming.
We built a small community around something that matters.
I just wish I'd been able to grow it into something much bigger, because I truly believe this community deserves it.
If you own a NeuroMX hoodie, T-shirt or kit, I hope you'll continue wearing it with pride.
I know I will.
Not because of the brand...
But because of what it represents.
Different minds. Same passion.
All outstanding orders and any existing customer issues will continue to be dealt with as promised.
This may be the end of NeuroMX, but it isn't the end of the conversation around neurodiversity in motocross.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who got behind this little brand and believed in what I was trying to do.
