So a couple of weeks back my camera came out of the bag for the first time in ages.... Check out SJB Fitness Studios doing the spinning business right outside her gym!! So much energy in one class! Just watching, I was whacked! Anyone looking for post lockdown fitness, toning, gains... check out her gym at Low Prudhoe.
