47 X 53 inches of cuddles with this adapted starburst pattern. I’m not sure exactly how long it took me to make, probably about 6/7 weeks while also working on and off other projects! This one is made with beautiful Lion Brand Heartland yarn. It’s beautifully soft and a nice medium (4) weight yarn.

These dull days here in the U.K. make it impossible to get lovely pictures that show things off to its true potential and colours! 😏 I love the rib and bobble border! It was a bit fiddly but worth the effort. 🥰This blanket is all ready to go for a quick wash in the machine. It can take a cool tumble to dry it as well! I normally only part dry in the dryer then fold in half and dry as flat as possible over a clothes horse!

This one has been a true Labour of love! So far it’s a lovely 53x43 inches, a lovely couch throw! I’ve been thinking and wondering what type of border to make, to frame this beauty. So many options my mind has frozen! 😩 I only have a bit of the Acadia colour yarn left, the one I used to join with. I have a few balls of some of the other colours left so I can do a lovely border, echoing the colours in the blanket! ❤️🥰 there are some ends to sort out as well but that won’t take long!
