Happy Sunday beautiful people. 💕Today, I give God thanks for life. The horrible illness named COVID, decided to take up residency in my body for a few days and if that wasn’t bad enough, after it left, he took all of my energy, appetite, smell and taste with it. But for God. I’m stronger now and things are slowly coming back to normality. Whatever, you have or want to do, do it while you can because when you’re on your sick bed, all you can do is wish and imagine. So three weeks later, I’m moving in one direction and that’s upward. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽Keep safe everyone. 👇🏽

Went to see last night... I laughed until🤣❤.

The world is slowly getting back to some sort of normality. I stand first in line to thank God for his mercy in watching over me, my children, grand children and everyone who is reading this. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

2020 mash up so many things, but we're here and we can still smile in the storm.💯💃

I celebrated another year, last week and when I look back over my life, I can truly say that I'm blessed and highly favoured.💃💃💃💃

How many times have I heard.. I don't know what to do with my hair, its so dry and lacks moisture. Well what are you doing to retain moisture?👧🏽

After un-doing my locs...I was struggling to keep my hair hydrated. However I've come to realise, its more than what I put on the outside of my hair. Eating healthy, regular exercise and keeping the body hydrated are part and parcel. 💃💃💃

My bedtime hair routine has enabled my hair to retain moisture, causing less breakage and more growth. Our bonnets are lined with satin which keeps moisturise locked in.💚💚💚
