Would you like to sew socially or learn to sew.

We are in Ruabon Village Hall Friday and Saturday Mornings 9am - 11.30am.

The cost is £40 and this covers you for five consecutive weeks.

I have many years of teaching and sewing experience and offer a range of options.

Bring your own project to work on.

Or you can do a weekly project with guidance from myself.

This works well for beginners or you just haven’t time to sort your own project out.

Currently in the Sewcials, free motion embroidery as well as patchwork and quilting has piqued interest in the class.

Also learn how to use a rotary cutter, ruler and mat.

There’s lots of options to make your sewing adventure more fun😀

We’ve been busy at Sew Friendly Sewcial on a Friday and a Saturday morning every week from 9am - 11.30am.
Over the last few months we have been working on quilts which have now been donated to Linus who will give them to sick children in hospital and also to foster children.
If you would like to join us at the Sewing social the cost is £40 for five weeks.
We welcome anyone who is interested in learning to sew or if you already sew why not join us and involve yourself in one of our projects.

Here are photos of the quilts that have been donated. We hope that whoever receives a quilt will love them as much as we do.

There’s been a lot happening at Sew Friendly Sewcial Group since the beginning of the year. June and Jane are enjoying their new found favourite in patchwork and quilting. Some ladies are making for their Charity groups to sell at craft fairs. All in all it’s a fun and productive time on Friday and Saturday mornings at Ruabon Village Hall 9am - 11.30am
Also we have just got involved with the Linus project and enjoying making patchwork quilts for sick children and children in foster care so watch this space for more beautiful makes from our ladies and gents😀🧵✂️

A very enjoyable time for all, at our lovely friendly sewing Sewcial.
This is a selection of our fabulous sewing makes during the last few weeks.
Well done everyone and look forward to lots more sewing in the New Year.

A lovely time was had this morning at our Friday morning class 10.30 - 12.30 at Ruabon Village Hall.
A firm favourite with all our sewists a soup bowl cosy. A perfect gift to make as a Xmas present or even just for yourself😀
