Simeogieme

Simeogieme Her collections are inspired by bold patterns, vibrant colours & artistic influences. "Lines & Colours Collection", is about Art.

Simeogieme is a luxury fashion brand, by Osime Saibu, which blends simplicity, sensuality & sophistication and designed for women who embrace elegance & individuality. We introduced the brand, first to the African market, in 2010 by unveiling its premiere collection, "The Black Collection". Pieces from the collection were put together using black satin, black taffeta, and high quality African prin

t fabric. Black was chosen as the central theme for the first collection because black is a conservative colour associated with sophistication. Simeogieme chose to introduce the brand with this theme as it echoes the brands ethos which is "Simplicity, Sensuality & Sophistication". "Sim Simma Collection", which was unveiled in August at Africa Fashion Week London 2013, is about celebrating femininity. According to the urban dictionary, "Sim Simma is an exclamation in response to anything worthy of admiration. The vision Simeogieme had with the Sim Simma Collection is to dress women in colourful, bold and beautiful pieces that emphasizes flattering attributes of the female body. From the body fitting pieces to the maxi dresses which cascades elegantly on a variety of female forms, the wearer will be worthy of the admiration of all. The visual elements of line, shape, tone and colour are the building blocks of composition in art. Most images start their life as line drawings. Lines interact to form shapes and shapes are filled with colour and tone, or repeated to create pattern. Different elements that make up art can express qualities such as movement and rhythm, harmony and contrast and a wide range of emotion. The designs in this collection were inspired by different moods, emotions and abstract images that are expressed using fabric. The lines are bold, the colours are vibrant and the designs are structured, purposefully to appeal to bold, vibrant and confident ladies. The pieces in this collection can be worn for a variety of occasions; a corporate event, to dinner, a night out or even to a ball. Our dresses appeal to both young ladies and mature women who appreciate their bodies and are confident in their femininity. Simeogieme creates immaculately designed pieces which appeals to a broad market, offering a fashionably diverse clothing range, priding itself in exclusivity, originality and quality. At Simeogieme, we are committed to creatively exploring more interesting and fashion-forward themes for future collections.

Queen Ronke Ademiluyi Ogunwusi wears fresh off the AFWL runway Phoenix 2 piece from Simeogieme, at the civil wedding ceremony/reception for her daughter Princess Latoya. Her sister Erelu Fadeyi and our dear friend Viola Edwards .viola.edward also wear Simeogieme's Elizabeth dress and Yedidut dress on the day. We love! ❤️❤️❤️

While we are recuperating from a hectic Africa Fashion Week London, Simeogieme is still working beautifying women and adding colour to special occasions. 😊

Congratulations to His Imeprial Majesty, the Ooni of Ile-Ife, HRH Olori Ronke Ademiluyi Ogunwusi and the lovely couple. 🥂❤️

It was so lovely to see for the second time in one week! ❤️ Backstage at Africa Fashion Week London, it was just amazing that my sister and I coincidentally met at the stairs as she was looking for me and about to leave, then seconds later Yemi Alade showed up, heading up or down the stair, can't remember now. She was gracious enough to pause for pictures with my family and I at the stairs. This was the only opportunity I had for photos with her at Africa Fashion Week London as it was so so busy backstage. My nephew will only appreciate years from now that he met with Afrobeats royalty. 🤭

Thanks the the member of her team that quickly took these shots for us. 😊
