What shall we do today?

Sometimes being at home with nothing to do is just what you need but sometimes adding a little routine and structure to your week goes a long way when you’re home with a tiny baby.

I know sometimes leaving the house with a baby can be overwhelming so sessions are welcoming, small, friendly, fun and a great way to chat with other mums and find out about other baby groups in the area too!

Baby massage is great as you will learn a new skill to take home with you to add into your days when you have a little window of time to fill!

The next 5 week course starts on Friday 10th June 10:30-11:30 .pilates.space.sidcup

Happy Tuesday everyone!

👐 New course dates are now out for the next block of baby massage sessions starting 10th June! 👐

Come and join me at the beautiful bright, clean and calming space .pilates.space.sidcup and learn to massage your baby! Each week we learn a new stroke which allows you to create a lovely full body routine for your baby.

Classes are relaxed, friendly, baby led and give you the opportunity to meet new friends!

👐 Gorgeous baby Lex enjoying his leg massage today! And his mum said he had a lovely long nap afterwards 😴

We had a really nice relaxed session this morning and it was lovely to hear and see the interaction between the babies and their mums, there is really nothing like it 🧡

Classes are held at The Pilates Space, Main Road in Sidcup. Plenty of free parking and lots of space if you need to bring your buggy.

👐 Yesterday was Earth Day 🌎 and it made think about the things we can do with our babies to help protect our beautiful planet 🧡

Plastic free and with zero waste, baby massage is a perfect activity to do with your baby. Studies have shown the power of nurturing touch has so many positive benefits for parent and child.

If you’re thinking of trying baby massage, why not come along to our class next week and give it a go!

👐 Cold Season! 😷

I thought cold season was well and truly over but it seems not! So here is a stroke we use during our face massage that helps to ease congestion and sinus pain if your baby is feeling a little bunged up. Give it a go and let me know if it helps! This is also really nice to try on your toddler or older child if they’re happy for you to do so.

👐 New course dates for April 👐

Come and join me at the beautiful Pilates Space, Sidcup and learn to massage your baby in our friendly and relaxed five week course. Baby massage is a wonderful way to bond and spend some one to one time with your baby. You’ll learn the strokes for the whole body and also learn some handy tips and techniques to help calm and soothe your baby. Plus the chance to chat and meet other parents with tea/coffee and cake!
