Start your Saturday the right way with our Bend & Breakfast morning at Brew 32 ☕✨

Join us from 9:00–11:30am for a calming, feel-good yoga session 🧘‍♂️ designed to stretch, strengthen, and reset your body, followed by a delicious nourishing breakfast 🍳🥑 to refuel and enjoy together.

What better way to start your weekend than moving mindfully, connecting with others 🤍, and treating yourself to good food in a welcoming space?

All levels welcome 🙌 — whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, this is all about slowing down, feeling good, and starting your Saturday with intention 🌿

To build a space where people could move their bodies, meet like-minded people, slow down from the chaos of everyday life and leave feeling better than when they arrived.

What started as conversations between two girls with a vision has grown into a community we’re so proud of ✨

For us, it’s never just been about fitness.

Welcome to our Dopamine Sunday Service.
We run these sessions once a month. It’s a slow yoga session suitable for everyone. We then move into a dreamy meditation and afterwards stay for a brew and a chat. No rushing here!
Our next dates are Sunday 17th may and Sunday 28th June at the rose walker community centre,SK3 0JA

Myself and Amy were talking earlier on.. about the early stages with your newborn baby. The early mornings, late nights, the lonely feeds, the fighting to stay awake!
my question is….. what did you purchase in them early mornings? I used to get packages and think I don’t remember ordering that! 😂🤪

As mums ourselves, we know just how overwhelming those early days can feel. That’s why we’ve created our Mum & Baby Yoga sessions: a chance to breathe, stretch, and connect with other mums who truly understand.

Join us for 45 minutes of gentle yoga with Sophia, while Carly and Amy are on hand to help with your little one so you can take some well-deserved time for yourself.

After the session, we stay for a brew and a chat — because sometimes a cuppa and a conversation are exactly what you need. ☕💕

A little reminder for every new mum:

You may feel tired, unsure, and new,
Wondering if you’re doing what you’re meant to do.
But in your arms, your baby knows
A love more constant than they can show.

You are their comfort, safe and warm,
Their steady place, their calm through storms.
Though days feel long and nights are deep,
You are enough, even on little sleep.

So take a breath and trust what’s true:
No one in this world is better for them than you. 💛

Becoming a mum is beautiful… but it can also feel overwhelming sometimes 🤍

After I had Lenny, I realised how important it was to have something for me too. Going to the gym really helped — not because I wanted to “bounce back”, but because moving my body gave me a little piece of myself back again.

And being able to take Lenny with me made such a difference. No guilt, no pressure… just time to breathe, move, and feel good.

That’s such a big part of why I love Mum & Baby Yoga so much now. It’s gentle, supportive, and a space where you can come exactly as you are — with your baby by your side 🤍

If you’ve been feeling touched out, overwhelmed, or like you’ve lost yourself a little in motherhood… you’re not alone.

This is your reminder that you matter too ✨
