By creating activewear that makes them stand taller, feel stronger, and walk into a room like they own it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

From my dining room table to my own studio, Empire was built on one belief:

Moments like these remind me that Empire has always been about more than activewear. It’s about bringing people together, moving our bodies and having fun along the way. ❤️

Beach workout update:

I was told this was going to be a nice, light session.

What actually happened was the instructor decided “extra weight” meant climbing on top of each other 😅

Safe to say our cores, shoulders and dignity were all tested.

Still, there’s something special about working out with good people, sunshine and a sea view.

Would I do it again?

Ask me when I can feel my abs.

If you’d told me when I started Empire from my dining room table that one day I’d be hosting workouts on a beach in Cyprus, I wouldn’t have believed you.

Back then, I was just trying to get through each day, pack orders, grow the brand and figure things out as I went.

Empire hasn’t always gone the way I planned. There have been setbacks, doubts, mistakes and plenty of moments where I questioned everything.

But moments like this remind me how far we’ve come.

A reminder that your journey doesn’t have to be perfect to be worth it. Keep showing up. Keep believing. Keep building.

You never know where it might take you. 👑❤️

I used to think self-care was a luxury.

Something I’d get around to when I had more time.
When work was done.
When everyone else was looked after.

But I’ve learned that you can’t pour from an empty cup.

Self-care isn’t always spa days and face masks.

Sometimes it’s a morning walk.
A workout.
An early night.
Saying no.
Putting yourself on your own priority list for once.

Because the best version of you isn’t the one that’s running on empty.
