Prep work for what will be one of our first commissions as a duo, we are so grateful for for this opportunity to tell the story of our local river - the Avon.
As a pair of artists who’s memories span the entire length from Naseby to Tewksbury, with otter sightings, glimpses of kingfishers and an unfathomable quantity of dog walks along its banks, we are proud to present a few of our initial ideas.
In the next few weeks we will be working in the personal details of local communities - dragon boat races, Cyril the swan rescuer, gondolas on the river and a some beautiful textures made during our community workshops!
