📦 Click & Collect 📦
For those of you who aren’t already aware, we now have a brand new Click & Collect pod in store!
This is a quick and easy way to collect and return any M&S orders that you have placed ONLINE. No need to queue at the tills, simply head straight over to the self-serve Click & Collect pod and follow the instructions on screen
When your parcel is ready to be picked up, you will receive a text or email from us.
We have also created step-by-step instructions on how to collect your parcel…
1. Press ‘Click & Collect’
2. Enter your first and last name
3. If your parcel is in store, a message will appear on the screen informing you that a colleague is on their way with your parcel.
(If your name isn’t recognised, this may mean that your parcel hasn’t arrived yet - please touch the ‘Help?’ button and a colleague will come and assist you)
4. Your parcel is now on its way! Simply wait by the Click & Collect pod and within 60 seconds, one of our friendly colleagues will bring your parcel to you
When returning a parcel…
1. Ensure that the items you wish to return are in their original packaging (this will typically be in a green order bag or cardboard box, depending on the item) and seal the packaging up.
2. Press ‘Returns’
3. There are 2 ways to generate your returns barcode… You can either use the barcode found on the original packaging,
OR, you can download a returns barcode by completing the returns section on your original confirmation email.
4. Scan the preferred returns barcode and your returns label will be printed from the Click & Collect machine
5. Finally, attach the label to the parcel and pop in the box underneath
You will then receive an email confirming that we have received your return! This email will contain further information about when to expect your refund.
