Evening all 👋🏼

I’m Gemma and for my sins have taken over the running of the second hand uniform ‘shop’! 😜

I thought it would be such a shame to see it go as I know how much people benefit from it, so here we go… it will be fitting round my already busy life so please do bare this in mind when messaging and collecting items. This is purely to give back to the school and help our kids.

Please continue to donate any good condition, branded uniform you have. We need all sizes! I will no longer be taking shirts and trousers so please charity shop those items.

I will shortly upload a list of items available. Please DIRECT MESSAGE should you want to purchase anything. Comments on the post will not be monitored.

Hello everyone.
Just an update to let you know that another parent, Gemma, will be taking over the running of the second hand uniform shop very soon.

The shop will no longer be selling shirts and trousers so please do not donate those anymore.

Any other donations can still be dropped off at the site office at school.

Gemma will update the list once she has everything sorted out.

Thanks again for your support and thanks to Gemma for taking it over!

An extremely big THANK YOU to everyone who has donated uniform and bought second hand over the last year.
I have just paid in £2000 to the school (which overall since the 'shop' started in 2020 has raised £3000!!)

This time the money is going to be split as follows:

£1000 - To the LRC - Library Resource Centre , who will use the money for a new display and other resources and new books.

£1000 -To the Eco School who will use the money to:
Invest in indoor plants for the safeguarding suite which vulnerable students will grow and care for
- Invest in wildflower meadow turf for our upcoming wildflower meadow project with the Surrey Wildlife Trust
- Buy seeds and organic, peat free compost for the allotment area
- Supplement funds for students’ attending eco trips (e.g. to May Project Gardens / Energy Recycling Facility) where a family might struggle to cover cost.

I would just like to say thank you to those who have donated uniform to the shop and to those who have bought from it.
It has been a year since the shop opened and I have just paid £1000 in to the schools account!!
The money is to be split 2 ways and was decided by the Student Council to give £500 towards the schools production of Matilda next year and the other £500 is going towards the Eco garden.
Please keep donating and buying!! Thank you! Deborah
