At last - 2 years later - it's finished! Picked up the wingback chair for £5 at a second hand shop. Fabric is Graffiti Stripe Velvet by Timorous Beasties. Lush. Forever. Chair.

A great example of creating an historic yet contemporary setting by matching walls, woodwork and materials to create a strong, clean look. The curtains have been repeated throughout the round room, creating a natural sense of calm.
Pinch pleat interlined curtains using harlequin Celeste fabric in sea grass.

She's grown out of her Tomboy 'call me Bob' with short hair phase, and now it's back to plaits and pink. In response I've upcycled some old curtains to make a roman blind so her bedroom can be a bit girly too. The track has also been reused to keep costs to a minimum.

Utterly enchanted by my memory blanket. Seeing so many fabrics which evoked specific days with each of my little ones which seem to have gone so so quickly actually made me cry. Before this, I had an old bag in a cupboard stuffed full
of special clothes I couldn't bear to hand on. Now I have a beautiful quilt brimming with happiness.
I can't thank you enough. The children have been snuggling under it to watch movies over the festive period but I didn't manage to take any photos: but here they are playing tea parties. 💜❤💚💙
