Every brand has a starting point. Ours began on the banks of the Tyne 🌊

Working alongside a remarkable tailor in South Shields, we set out to create something different - a changing robe built for real coastal conditions, but made responsibly.

After testing countless materials, we discovered S.Café® fabric, created using recycled coffee grounds. Paired with Polartec® fleece and YKK NATULON® zips made from recycled plastic bottles, the ZEROBEº began to take shape - combining warmth, performance and sustainability.

With the expertise of outdoor designer Deborah Mordain and master pattern cutter Sarah Wilson, every detail was carefully considered. And as former lifeguards and surf instructors, we added something close to our hearts too, CPR instructions printed inside the robe, so vital safety information is always within reach.

Locally crafted. Thoughtfully designed. Built for life on the North East coast.
