*Keepsake items can be found on the website,blankets however are prices based on size.
*Adult clothing ,i will happily make adult items but you WILL need to provide measurements ,prices for adult clothing are more expensive but it is handmade by myself .
*I keep a large amount of stock but everyone has different tastes so if you don't see something you like please just ask and I will happily order it in. A non-refundable deposit must be made if i order fabric in as once I have ordered the fabric I cant send it back.(please see return policy below)
*Postage and packaging - postage must be paid for by the customer unless I have stated otherwise postage is £4.50 tracked and signed for. Post runs are on Mondays unless a bank holiday and then it will be a Tuesday.
*Giveaways- from time to time I will do a giveaway because I'm nice like that, winners will be chosen at random, and will be given up to 12 hours to claim their prize unless I state otherwise on the add. All terms and conditions will be added to the giveaway post.
*please note all the items I make are from scratch and all handmade, I will do my best to make them as perfect as possible but please also note I am not a machine and human error can be made. I follow the 3 R’s rule REPAIR,REMAKE OR REFUND. If your item gets damaged or you have an issue please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will the 3 R’s if your item/s are over 30 days I will repair or even replace if the fault is mine …I even offer this service long after the 30 period….even if it’s a year old ,still fits and you have a popped seam etc ….pop me a message I will happily repair it. Due to the nature of the things I make if a personal/bespoke item is made I can't always offer a full refund especially if I have ordered items in. (fabric mainly)
All details must be discussed with the buyer and agreed before anything is made. I will not take orders via a 3rd party or through someone else. If there are any issues I will happily repair at no extra cost and a voucher of goodwill maybe issued (this is at my discretion). If you are really unhappy with the item I have made you I will offer a partial refund on return of the goods. You will not receive a full refund as it was made for you the customer and i can therefore not sell it on . If you change your mind about the item/s due to colour (would of been discussed and agreed before purchasing) or you just change your mind in general after the item is made and sent in law I can't offer a full refund. (screens can be different so therefore colours can look slightly different). You can cancel your order at anytime up until the item is made ,once the item/order is made you can not cancel . Invoices
Invoices are sent via paypal only i will not ask you to pay any other way, bank transfers will not be accepted , all payments via paypal will be goods and services all payment details are in the terms and conditions on your invoice. Invoices must be paid in the stated time or your order will be cancelled . Pay over time
Payment plans are a trust between myself and the customer.. how it works
You choose your items
invoice is sent to which you pay a non refundable deposit/holding fee within 24hrs of invoice being sent. you balance is split over 3months (can be longer if necessary )
once the invoice is clear I will then cut and make your items
If you default on a payment (miss more than 2 weeks if paying weekly or 1 month if paying monthly the invoice will be cancelled and all moneys will be returned bar the deposit/holding fee. Please also be aware Screen shots of my work to another maker are not tolerated and you do not have my permission to do so . Sorry for long post
