⚡️Story time⚡️So what’s with the sunglasses all the time? 🤷🏽‍♂️ If I told you the reason involves my mumsy & a fortune teller you probably won’t believe me..😂

So I’ve been asked this hundreds of times & seen all troll comments over the years but there’s a cool back-story to them (well I think it’s cool😅)

I never used to wear them during my early days on social media then I began dropping my tutorials outside the old HQ & naturally would have some sunny days so I started wearing them so i didn't have squinty eyes & to help me see the flip screen on the camera.

After looking back at the footage I realised the sunnies just fitted the ‘cool’ vibe and aesthetics of the rope tekk I was sharing. It basically became uniform for my videos. Sunnies on- boss mode activated.💪🏽

It just became 'my look' naturally and it wasn't until years later (after RA kicked off business wise) that my mumsy told me a fortune teller once told her back in the day that her son (🙋🏽‍♂️) would someday work towards something successful & he’ll be always wearing glasses.

Now he didn’t specify what kinda glasses but when she told me this is was mad weird as I’ve never needed prescriptions for my eyes so donny might have been onto something. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Cut a long story short: Not sure if you guys believe in fortune tellers - I’m undecided but it gives me a weird sense that it was always meant to be.✨ also now I’ve developed super sensitive eyes to light so I kinda need them 😂

I guess just as some ppl love wearing jewellery, caps or certain clothes/accessories in their vids, guess mine is sunglasses 😅

Ok story done. Hope that clears up the randomness of it all. 🙌🏽 Ps. In case you wondered..I’ve lost and replaced my shades a total of 4 times over the last 6 years.🥲

‘If I’ve seen further, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants’ (heard that quote yesterday & wanted to share this😬) I rarely show family stuff here but shout out to these two giants🖤
Quick story: When I started RA, I once told Papa Rush I wanted to try & get my ropes onto Amazon..and he told me ‘forget that..just become the next Amazon’😂 I thought he was joking or being that Indian dad who was chats like he knows it all but my man was mad serious. I obvs thought it was a dumb thing to say but looking back..5 years later..dreaming bigger to the point of beyond crazy is probably why we got to where we are today.🙏🏽 (ps I’m still coming for you Jeff)🤣
