Bodyweight Blast is back and we’re ready to start Saturday mornings the right way — fresh air, great people, and a session that sets you up for the weekend.

💥 Client Spotlight: Leanne 💥

Leanne started with me as a complete beginner — no gym experience, just a goal to feel better, get fitter, build confidence and loose a bit of weight in the process.

In just 8 weeks, she’s down 15lbs, training 2–3 times per week, and walking into the gym with confidence 🙌

We kept things simple — consistent training, learning to move properly, and making small, realistic changes to her calorie intake. Nothing extreme. Just effort, consistency, and trust in the process.

Massive credit to Leanne for showing up each week and putting in the work 👏

8 weeks progress for our Online client Dan. 10lbs down and feeling more confident in the gym.💪

No massively restrictive fad diets.

Just hardwork and a few slight alterations to current calorie intake.

Since these pictures were taken Dan continued his fitness journey (as I took some time out to focus on some personal goals) and has lost a further 20+lbs!

Its been awesome to watch Dan's growth over the last few years not just in fitness but in life in general, absolutely smashing being sober as well as being a great dad, family man and friend. Keep it up mate. Big love 🤍

🔹️ 8 weeks of functional fitness/functional bodybuilding, programmed to help you improve all round fitness and shed some unwanted weight (google docs format). FREE OF CHARGE!

Extras?:
🔹️ If you'd like access to our app to log progress, view workouts with video demonstrations, weekly check ins, habit trackers, food trackers and a more easy to follow setup it's a additional £40 for the whole programme.
🔹️ If you're unsure on nutrition and want nutrition goals to compliment your training for £40 you'll recieve, our own recipe book with macro-nutrient/calorie breakdowns for ease of tracking plenty of meals that feel like cheat meals minus the guilt, I'll set you personal calorie/macros targets depending on what goals you have and I'll check in weekly with you to help hold you accountable, keep you on track and adjust bits where needed 💪
