①Q: When is the shipment started?

Better life,better me .we insists on the concept of "more fashionable and better quality".Main business: Lady's clothing, men's clothing, shoes and bags accessories, home life, kitchen and bathroom goods, etc. From Monday to Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00, we will arrange the order delivery at 15:00 every day. The weekend order will be automatically postponed until next Monday to process the delivery.

In case of weather, there will be a slight delay, please forgive us!
②Q: When can I receive the goods? Under normal circumstances, after placing your order, we will arrange delivery for you in the above-mentioned problem situation. It can be delivered within 3-14 days from the date of shipment (except for weather or special reasons, please forgive us for a slight delay)
③Q: What should I do if the item is lost or damaged during shipment? If you find that the goods are damaged or missing at the time of signing, we suggest you check our return policy and contact us in time to handle the return!
