✨ Self-Care Sunday ✨

A little before, after, and morning-after update from Friday night’s live where I shared my quick Tropic cleansing routine.

📸 Picture 1: The reality after a long day – makeup residue, daily grime, and everything our skin is exposed to when we’re out and about.

📸 Picture 2: Freshly cleansed, feeling clean, bright, refreshed, and smelling amazing.

📸 Picture 3: The following morning. I forgot to take a completely makeup-free photo, but all I’m wearing here is a tinted moisturiser with SPF and a tiny touch of blusher.

What I love is that when your skin is properly cared for, you don’t feel the need to pile on the makeup. Healthy, hydrated skin helps give you that natural, dewy glow from within. 💚

Hey, it’s Bex 👋

I wanted to share a little bit about my skin journey and why I’m so passionate about helping other women feel confident in their skin.

For years I struggled with hormonal acne and never truly felt confident in my own skin.

I wouldn’t leave the house without a full face of makeup. I became an expert at covering up blemishes, redness and breakouts, but underneath it all I was frustrated, self-conscious and honestly exhausted.

The more makeup I wore, the more my skin seemed to need hiding. It felt like a never-ending cycle.

Fast forward to today, and my relationship with my skin has completely changed.

Now, don’t get me wrong—I’m still on my journey. My skin isn’t perfect, and I still have days where hormonal breakouts make an appearance.

But I’ve learnt the importance of looking after my skin, being consistent with my routine, and choosing products that work with my skin rather than against it.

The biggest difference isn’t just how my skin looks it’s how I feel. I now have so much more confidence in my skin and no longer feel the need to hide behind a full face of makeup every day.

This is exactly why we’ve chosen to share Tropic with you ladies. It’s not about perfect skin, it’s about feeling confident in your own skin and finding products that genuinely support it.
