Well you guys have completely blown me away and reconfirmed if I didn't already know what an amazing community of people I'm lucky enough to live amongst.. yesterday's sales were the BEST DAY EVER at www.wordstoreldn.com and not because you were all trying to save money on your Christmas shopping but because 10% of all of your spending is going to your fellow mamas and their little ones who may need it more than you 👏👏👏 completely heart warming and life affirming, and because you've now left me feeling all warm and fuzzy I'm going to be extended the 10% charity donation of sales going to . until midnight on cyber Monday!!!!!!! That means 10% of anything you spend at WORD until midnight Monday will go towards gifting your fellow mamas little ones who have been forced to seek refuge due to domestic abuse, and they definitely need to be given some love and comfort. Let's spread some love 🖤🖤🖤

Each year since starting WORD I debate whether as a small independent business we can offer a Black Friday discount, and have previously taken part is the mass discounting mayhem, however this year has certainly not been 'business as usual' and we have all refocused our priorities in life.

So this year Ive decided that im going to be giving 10% of every order from midnight tonight until midnight Friday 27th to a local Walthamstow charity who are working super hard to collect gifts for the women and children forced to spend Christmas in refuge escaping from domestic abuse

I do believe you guys would wholeheartedly support this decision and that the small discount I could afford to offer you would be much better spent giving these mamas and their little ones some joy this Christmas.

So go go go from midnight and get your christmas shopping done and give 10% to an amazing local cause.
