A website can look good and still quietly lose enquiries.
It is not always the design that is the problem.
Sometimes it is the enquiry path:
* unclear offer
* weak trust signals
* awkward mobile flow
* slow replies after someone reaches out
* no follow-up after the form
If people visit your site but do not enquire, the first thing to check is not always 'more traffic.'
It is whether the website actually makes it easy, reassuring and obvious for someone to take the next step.
That is the difference between a website that sits there and a website that works.
