We're delighted to let you know that we are restarting our workshops.

Created and conducted in 2021 with Breitner Academie at the Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten / Amsterdam University of the Arts & Design Academy Eindhoven, we took a long break while caring for family.

Our workshop "Think Like A Tree" is suitable for everyone from CEOS to kids, and everyone in between.

You don't even need any gardening, design or artistic experience!

Beginning with the stand-alone workshop, Think Like A Tree, we will set the scene for later workshops exploring our methods.

We're holding two workshops in Derbyshire in person - limited to 12 people - on the 3rd and 24th of September 2026.

You'll get lunch, a tour of the Chair Orchard and a chance to put yourself in a different perspective.

The online workshops will be on the 5th & 26th September 2026.

We're still working out logistics - so please DM us us for more info.

Aaah - the end of an era.

The beautiful house, where the very first grown chair prototype was grown and Alice grew up, has passed to a lovely new family.

Many happy memories, fabulous friends and gorgeous trees and plants.

Hugely grateful for all the amazing times we had there.

We’re richly blessed with wonderful friends, neighbours and a hugely supportive artistic community around us, and Jack and Shannon from .co are all three! (Although they don’t live next door anymore - sob 😭!)

They made this GORGEOUS movie as one of the brand films they made for us. (You will have seen some already.)

They also make AMAZING films as Forever Curious & .inthewild - check out their amazing grids and be astounded.

We’re slowly easing back into reality after the surreal and star-studded day yesterday RHS - Royal Horticultural Society Chelsea Flower Show.

We were delighted to hear this morning that The Missing Collector Garden won a Silver-Gilt medal.

We would LOVE it if you could vote for The Missing Collector Garden to be People’s Choice in the All About Plants category.

It’s finally the day - So excited!

After a first call in December 2024, a visit in February 2025, much held breath and huge appreciation for all the teams’ hard work, it’s Chelsea!

- & - have teamed up with & .giving.back to make the amazing Missing Collector garden.

We’re just round the corner, eating breakfast and putting on our glad rags, and can’t wait to see how it looks in real life!

Expect either a ton of photos, or hardly any while we chat to lots of people.
