Happy Earth day 🌍💚

Did you know that the fashion industry alone is responsible for 8-10% of global carbon emissions and a staggering 20% of wastewater?

As I got older I realized how incredibly wasteful the fashion industry is and thought if I was apart of it, I would be apart of the problem. I realized later on that I could actually be apart of the solution by up cycling, using dead stock, and making small batch slow fashion items.

Through collective action, we’re redefining our relationship with fashion to protect our planet. We are embracing reuse, repair, upcycling, and recycling, while also becoming more mindful consumers.

I am not saying I’m perfect and still have so much more sustainable practices to build on, but I hope that we can reshape the future of fashion 💚
