Meet the Woman Behind the Operations: Jochebed Ama Adzomani, COO of FibreLux

At FibreLux, great leadership powers our purpose and today, we shine the spotlight on Jochebed Ama Adzomani, our brilliant and resourceful Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Jochebed is a proud alumna of Keta Business College and a graduate of the University of Energy and Natural Resources, where she earned her degree in Agribusiness. Currently serving as a Teaching Assistant and pursuing her Master’s degree in Agribusiness, she brings sharp analytical thinking, a calm leadership style, and a deep commitment to sustainable agriculture.

With a strong background in logistics, project coordination, and team management, Jochebed oversees the daily operations at FibreLux, ensuring efficiency across our value chain from raw plantain pseudostem processing to textile development. Her ability to lead with both empathy and precision makes her a central force in our mission to revolutionize agri-processing and green fashion in Ghana.

Outside of work, Jochebed is full of character and charm. She’s a beach lover, an avid reader, and a hip-hop enthusiast (Tupac is her all-time favorite legend). Despite being allergic to cats, she adores them and here's a fun fact: she remembers how people smell better than their names or faces!

Driven, grounded, and deeply passionate about impact, Jochebed continues to inspire the FibreLux team with her unwavering dedication to building a more sustainable and inclusive future through innovation in agribusiness.
