As a nurse and a mom, I know mornings can be hectic—but your health comes first!
Start your day with a healthy breakfast: think oats, fruits, or a light local option like koko with a small piece of bread or boiled egg. Your body will thank you!

Tip of the day: Hydrate before you caffeinate! One glass of water in the morning can wake up your system better than coffee.

Struggling to Sleep? You’re Not Alone!

Many people toss and turn at night, unable to find rest. But as a nurse, I’ve learned that good sleep is essential to good health.

Here are 3 quick tips for better sleep tonight:
1. Wind Down Early: Avoid screens at least 30 minutes before bed. Try reading or soft music instead.

2. Create a Sleep Sanctuary: Keep your room dark, quiet, and cool.

3. Say No to Late Caffeine: No coffee, energy drinks, or strong tea after 4 PM.

Your body needs rest to heal, think clearly, and stay strong. Don’t ignore poor sleep—it affects everything from your mood to your immune system.
