Some weeks ago, I was scared of making too many parfaits. Not because they weren’t selling, but because of the fear of “what if they don’t?” Deep down, I knew the parfait was good, but my confidence wasn’t fully there yet.
Most days, my display fridge had just a few parfaits because I was waiting for them to sell before making more. No vim 😅
But this week, I decided to take a bold step and push past the fear. The doubts didn’t magically disappear, but I refused to let them stop me. And to my surprise? The parfaits sold out… and we had to make more.
Sometimes, growth looks like showing up scared but doing it anyway. Consistency, courage, and trusting yourself really matter. 💛
