現代瑜伽倡導健康平和的人生態度，身心和諧的觀點和行之有效的鍛煉方法，正順應了身處嘈雜紛繁的都市中的人們渴望回歸寧靜放鬆的心態，因而吸引了大批的追隨者。難怪氣質如此好；連“影后”李冰冰都鍾情瑜伽，把43歲的自己活成了一個18歲的少女。
