客戶下單後我們會即時以電郵方式確認訂單。

付款方式 - 在網站完成購物後可用 HSBC/payme/支付寶(HK)付款，付款後請PM收據 (Whatsapp/Signal/inbox 或電郵到[email protected])並請註明訂單編號。確實收款後，我們便會馬上安排向韓國訂貨。

空運安排 - 確認收款後5-12個工作天到貨 (本店只接受預訂，不設現貨，不提供平郵寄貨，自取和交收服務

溫馨提示 - 所有訂單一經付款確認後，我們便會馬上安排向韓國訂貨。凡已付款的訂單，本店不接受以下理由要求換貨或退款 :
1. 尺寸不合身（可參考相片描述的尺寸，或會有1-4cm偏差）
2. 色差問題（相機解像度可能會令顏色與實物有少許偏差）
3. 款色問題（本店所有都是韓國實物拍攝，盡量以真人示範，希望令客戶知道著上身後的效果）
4. 輕微勾線，綫頭，污垢，划痕等人為破壞
5. 如運送過程的損壞(來貨時小店都會嚴格檢查)
