💡 幫寶寶加固，淨係蔬菜係唔夠㗎。想寶寶腦部發展好、有足夠嘅能量🏃🏻‍♂️💨，就要適量補充優質嘅油脂！今日推介呢2個簡單又好味嘅食譜比大家💛：

🐟主菜：番薯沙甸魚泥

材料 🧺
• 細番薯 1 個
• 沙甸魚魚柳 1/2 條（沖洗乾淨）
• 菜籽油 1 茶匙
• 少許奶（母乳或配方奶）

做法 👩‍🍳
1️⃣ 將番薯蒸熟
2️⃣ 加入沙甸魚攪拌
3️⃣ 加入油同少許奶
4️⃣ 攪拌至順滑綿密
5️⃣ 溫熱餵食

🥑 小食：牛油果香蕉核桃油

材料 🧺
• 熟牛油果 1/2 個
• 香蕉 1/2 條
• 核桃油 1/2 茶匙

做法 👩‍🍳
1️⃣ 將牛油果同香蕉壓成泥

Ingredients 🧺
• 1 small sweet potato
• 1/2 sardine fillet (rinsed)
• 1 tsp rapeseed oil
• A little milk (breast or formula)

Recipe 👩‍🍳
1️⃣ Steam the sweet potato
2️⃣ Blend with the sardine
3️⃣ Add oil and a little milk
4️⃣ Mix until smooth and fluffy
5️⃣ Serve warm
