We hope you and your family members are well and healthy.
I am writing to you today regarding our response to the COVID-19 virus. We want you to know that Rashmi Custom Tailors is taking the precautionary measures to protect the well-being of our clients and employees:
· Everyone is required to hand sanitize at the door of the showroom;
· Door handles are disinfected 4 times daily;
· All staff interacting with clients will wear face-masks at all times;
· Measuring tapes will be disinfected before each use;
· The building disinfects the lift every hour;
· Hand shakes and hugs are off-limits;
· All staff will maintain high standards of personal hygiene which includes frequent hand-washing (with sterilizing soaps), compulsory when returning from outside of the office or after contact with a person or public surfaces.
We understand that our clients will always want to dress for success, no matter the circumstances. Rashmi Custom Tailors can continue to serve you and be adaptable:
· If you would like to have a virtual appointment, using FaceTime, Zoom or Whatsapp – we can also serve you this way as well.
· If you would like us to meet you at your home, we are happy to come. We will hand-sanitise before entering as well as sanitize measuring items before use;
· If you have particular colours in mind for custom-wear, we can also mail you swatches for your consideration.
Over the last 32 years, Rashmi Custom Tailors has built relationships with our clients like family. We care about not only how you look but how you feel. During these times, this is a natural opportunity for us to reach out to lift your spirits and your look.
