For ordering, the procedure is as below

1/ select item and email to us for checking stock.
2/ Pls inform the following infomation during ordering:
a/ name
b/ telephone contact number a

nd email address
c/ delivery address
d/ bank account (for return payment if no stock)
3/ pls bank in the amount to our bank and send us the bank copy by email or whataspp ( #6888 8527) as confirmation.
4/ We will confirm your payment within 1 day upon receiving your noticed.
5/ once we confirm recevie your payment, we will proceed your order immediately. The merchandize will be ready and mail to you in 10-14 working days (not included Sat and Sun) after receiving your payment.
6/ For HK delivery we will send the merchandize via HKnormal mail . If registration mail to be needed, additional HKD13.00 is needed. remarks:
1/ all merchandizes will be delivered by postage, not face by face.
2/ for normal mail, we don't responsible for any damage or/and loss mail/package
3/ no change on size, styles, color..etc will be accepted once order is confirmed.
4/ once order is confirmed, no cancellation will be accepted.
5/ Pls understand we cannot accept any return goods/ cancellation for non-quality issues such as , but no limited to , unfitted-size, color deviation, unexpected style, unexpected material, personal feeling...etc which is/are not affecting wearing.
6/ if stock is not avaliable after ordering, we will inform you by sending email and refund the payment to your account in 2working days after notice.
7/ all the "Korean" products are come from Korea, but we cannot make sure all the goods are "made in Korea" because Korea suppliers produce/ purchase their products around the world including China.
