DJ少爺占繼成立自家品牌MeeH以來便以設計師之名攻陷香港潮界，而日本通王友良Ivan近年更成功發展其卡通肖像版權及日本時裝生意，二人一向老友鬼鬼，忽發其想便一同合作創立全新品牌TMDJ，並致力開拓更多與時裝、潮流有關而又有趣的項目。TM是Ivan日本名Tomoyoshi的短寫，亦有朋友Tomodachi的意思。而DJ則代表少爺占及他一直熱愛的廣播工作。TMDJ的第一個企劃便是破天荒與全球大熱的經典動漫偶像Sailor Moon合作，推出限定商品。TMDJ is founded by Ivan Tomoyoshi Wang & Jim Yan.
