This Teacher's Day, 𝗧𝗦𝗚 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 joined the "𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗺𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲" to visit and fund 𝗤𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘅𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 in Huangpu, Guangzhou. 🏫💙

More than a school, 𝗤𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘅𝗶𝗻𝗴 is a pioneer in 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲—one of China's first institutions to combine 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for children with special needs through its "𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻, 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄" model. 🩺📚🌱

Chapter Three: Planting Trees 🌲 , Building a Greener Future 🌞

As part of our ongoing CSR initiative, TSG employees in Cambodia teamed up with local environmental protection officers for a tree-planting activity in Oral District, Kampong Speu Province.

Every scoop of soil and every drop of water reflected a shared commitment to protecting Cambodia's natural heritage and supporting a more sustainable future.

Together with our earlier community outreach efforts on the same day, this activity demonstrates our dedication to giving back through action — from caring for children and supporting education to protecting the environment.

At TSG, we believe CSR is not a one-day effort, but an ongoing responsibility. We will continue working alongside our people and communities to create positive, lasting impact for a greener, healthier, and more sustainable future.

TSG is proud to join the Job Shadowing Mentorship Scheme for the 5th consecutive year.

For us, work is more than a way to make a living — it is a long-term way of living and growing. This year, our Managing Director Rex Ho welcomed two students to:

Explore the strategic role of sportswear products in the market and how they support brand positioning and consumer needs

Walk through the "fibre to garment" journey — from materials and functional fabrics to cutting, sewing, and quality control on the production floor

Share real stories about leadership, teamwork, and career choices in the sportswear manufacturing industry

We hope this job shadowing experience gives them a first, authentic look at the world of work — and inspires them to explore their own path with curiosity and confidence.

We opened our CSR Initiative Day with a visit to Mek Chheu Orphanage.

Together with our management team and staff volunteers, we provided essential supplies—including rice, milk, snacks, and daily necessities—to support the children's daily needs and well-being.

More importantly, we shared time, conversations, and moments of genuine connection. The smiles😃 we witnessed reflect not only joy, but also warmth and hope☀️.

We believe true care goes beyond giving—it is about making every child feel seen, valued, and supported 💪.

We visited the Mek Chheu orphanage and donated essential daily supplies to the children. Their smiles were the most heartfelt reward and a powerful reminder of why these efforts matter.

We provided financial support for the construction of a new school canteen and garden. The canteen is currently under development, and we look forward to its completion, which will offer students an improved environment for both learning and daily life.

TSG Cambodia Base has officially launched the RISE Project — Reimagining Industry to Support Equality — marking a significant step toward building a more inclusive and equitable workplace. 👩‍🏭 👨‍🏭

The kickoff session brought together key team members to align on the project's vision, objectives, and implementation roadmap. Through immersive showcases of craftsmanship, fabrics, and trims, the session strengthened🤝 our partnerships while sparking 💥 fresh ideas and perspectives—underscoring the power of collaborative innovation .

During the visit, the PUMA RCC China team toured TSG's seamless production workshop, recognized for its adaptability and strong innovation capabilities💪 . In the lead-up to the Paris 2024 Olympics, this facility produced approximately 120,000 high-performance garments for competing athletes. ❤️‍🔥Each piece reflects our technical expertise, precision, and unwavering commitment to quality.

More than a showcase, this exchange was a true convergence of ideas 🧠 . By bringing together diverse perspectives across design and manufacturing, we unlocked new possibilities for future product development.
