Losing my husband in a motorcycle accident has left me feeling lost in every part of my life.
I am here with my two boys. They need guidance, comfort, support, and stability. I am trying to be all of those things for them while also finding the strength to care for myself, find peace, and keep moving forward.
As many of you know, my work is designing and creating custom clothing, leather goods, and accessories. I have lost income this month and am struggling to cover rents ($2000), bills ($1000), cremation expenses ($5000), and hospital costs ($1500) while navigating this new reality.
I am not only grieving, but also facing the overwhelming responsibility of caring for my boys, managing legal matters related to the accident that took my husband's life, keeping a roof over our heads ($90000), and continuing my work as a designer and educator.
I am surviving, but I want to live.
