A legend & icon has passed — a truly sad day.

Robert Redford was more than an inspiration, he was a beacon for dreamers, one of the reasons one of us delinquents found their way into the film industry.

His presence, his integrity, his love for storytelling — it all made the impossible feel within reach.

Not just a brilliant actor or Oscar-winning director, Redford was a visionary who lent his voice to the earth, & his heart to independent filmmakers through Sundance. His influence ripples through film & culture like a timeless current.

Here is a photo we love & have framed — two legends, Robert Redford & Paul Newman. What a formidable pair! Captured here in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, a moment frozen in time.

As Redford once said:
“Storytellers broaden our minds: engage, provoke, inspire, and ultimately, connect us.”

He gave us the tools, and the courage, to tell our stories.

His spirit will continue to inspire all who believe in the power of storytelling.

This Thursday, La Llama teams up with friends at B-üzem for a fun summer party – wine wine wine x tunes tunes tunes!🍷🎶🦙🙃

The night will showcase some of the Llamas’ hand-picked international natural wines, while B-üzem serves up the Llamas’ favorite summery, fresh seafood dishes inspired by their coastal memories & good times.

There’ll also be a mini La Llama Lounge x Delinquent Valley collab pop-up, featuring streetwear drops, La Llama merch x ‘Naturel’ Wine Club streetwear limited edition pieces.

Later in the evening, Carine (DJ Llama Lauper) will be spinning, bringing the heat & the beats.

• Black Lives Matter has evolved from a hashtag to a global movement for racial justice.

• This year's theme is focused on Black people's health & wellness.
