A legend & icon has passed — a truly sad day.
Robert Redford was more than an inspiration, he was a beacon for dreamers, one of the reasons one of us delinquents found their way into the film industry.
His presence, his integrity, his love for storytelling — it all made the impossible feel within reach.
Not just a brilliant actor or Oscar-winning director, Redford was a visionary who lent his voice to the earth, & his heart to independent filmmakers through Sundance. His influence ripples through film & culture like a timeless current.

As Redford once said:
