How important is exercise, really?

For me, it is important… but honestly, I rarely work out Between being busy and just feeling lazy sometimes—don’t follow my example, okay ✌️

Sometimes I’m just too tired, exhausted… even thinking about exercising feels like a lot 🥀

But when I do move my body, it feels sooo good—lighter, less stiff, and just better overall.

Anyone else feel the same, moms? 🌹
