🇺🇸 USA Customers – Important Shipping Update

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs rules, all parcels now require a quick clearance step before leaving Ireland. You will usually receive an email from An Post (Ireland’s postal service) with instructions to complete this.

In some cases, this email may be missed or go to your junk/spam folder. If the step isn’t completed in time, the parcel is automatically returned to us before it even leaves Ireland.

A few orders have already been returned to us because of this. Please don’t worry — your orders are safe, and I will resend them free of charge 💌

If you have placed an order recently, please:
• Check your inbox and junk/spam folder for an email from An Post
• Make sure your contact details are correct
• Reach out to me if you’re unsure, I’m happy to help

If your parcel has been returned, I will be in touch or feel free to DM me anytime so I can arrange a quick reshipment 📦
