Historical Costume Workshop in Ardgillan Castle!

If you want a chance to experience life as a Victorian and quite literally step into the shoes/corset/bonnet/bustle of your ancestors, I'm giving a historical costume workshop in the fabulous Ardgillan Castle on the 9th July!

Afternoon tea and a tour of the castle is included with the workshop :)

Six week evening corsetry class running on Thursday nights starting 26th May in The Design House, 6pm - 8pm,

€170 plus your materials kit which is €80.

All classes have a max of 6 people so lots of individual help and attention, no previous experience required and beginners are very welcome!

Hello everyone! Long time since I've posted here but I am selling off some sample pieces at great prices just in time for Christmas!

Dark purple/aubergine underbust corset with black flossing
25" waist and 35" hips when fully closed (it's usual to have a 2"-4" gap at the back when wearing so it fits a size 12 - 14-ish)
Steel front busk, 18 spiral steel bones, 2 flat steel bones, steel eyelets
Coutil strength layer with silk outer layer and black cotton lining
Hand sewn binding
Unworn, made as a sample piece
Suitable for tight lacing.
€100
Based in Co. Wicklow if you would like to come try it on first.
Can post anywhere in Ireland in time for Xmas!
