With every day passing on this page as we see the traders and their Christmassy wares the excitement is really building now for the turning on of some magical Christmas Lights and for our second year of Christmas Market shenanigans!
The 30th of November is fast-approaching and is something we can all look forward to. It will be great to see our thriving town filled once more with rosy cheeks and good cheer, in support of all the hard work that has been going on behind the scenes.

This year we get to admire our beautifully restored town hall / library and enterprise centre. What a gift it is to our town. This is why we have it featured here on this year's poster. A sincere thanks to Robbie Ingram of Ingram Images who gave kind permission to use his photo which was snapped in the snows of January last.
What are you most looking forward to this year? I know we admins are excited to see the town's windows as every year they seem to get better and better. This year the prize is open to ALL windows not just trader's windows. We have remarked that some homes go all out and it really warms the cockles as you are walking around and this effort also deserves a place in the spotlight.
