Thank you for a very informative webinar tonight

Know when we’re in the fitting room we often hear about how a breast cancer diagnosis and treatments affect ladies, from menopausal symptoms to hair change, joint pain, change in body image to loss of confidence and much more. We understand that each cancer journeys is individual and yet can have common stages or issues.
Survivorship is not easy and often it’s when treatment is finished and you’re not attending medical appointments as often that it can feel daunting. This is why webinars and hubs like this are so important for both ladies who have been diagnosed and also for service providers like ourselves so we can link in with should we have queries or concerns

A post a little different from our normal content,but with the degrees getting hotter in the next couple of hours and days,be sure to stay extra hydrated and apply suncream every couple of hours especially if you are in and out of the water/sea etc.With warmer weather you might feel a little tired so if you feel like this,please go inside or in a shaded area to prevent falling asleep in 30+ weather.Also,if the weather is too hot for you,it's way too hot for your furry family members.Please don't bring your dogs out for a walk in peak heat weather it will burn their little paws.Pay Attention to their mannerisms incase you notice any changes to them and NEVER EVER leave them in a hot vehicle even for a few minutes.
