Whilst learning to paint, during the worlds recent forced reclusiveness, I wanted, as a somewhat religious and spiritual person, to use my art to develop a deeper connection with The Infinite. When studying certain Mystical texts, I discovered that color plays a significant part in how humans emotionally connect to the spiritual realm, and not just the physical. The Sefirot, or Spheres, are a blue
print to how man can build a full relationship with The Infinite. It is complex - as all relationships are - and incredibly beautiful. The challenge you and I now have is to understand the significance of the colors and their order together. Painting quickly turned to wood and metal work and then to making jewelry. Not only was it more difficult for my wife to return what I gave her, but also immensely satisfying adding depths of wisdom and spirituality to something usually so mundane. Upon further study of the Bible, we can see that The Infinite tells the High Priest that he can only communicate with Him with certain natural stones. We now know that many natural stones carry varying energies that can heal spiritual and even physical ailments and inspire us to achieve greater heights than we could have ever possibly fathomed. We should all be blessed to know how much The Infinite loves us and wants us to succeed.
