1. Strong risk analytics and modelling experience of 15+ years with leading consulting
2. Advanced understanding of Fashion industry
3. Proven track record of analytics solutions and technical excellence is a key requirement
4. Proven track-record of managing complex and large projects/programs in risk analytics/modelling
5. Proven experience of managing model development teams
6. Exposure to working with stakeholders internationally - the ideal candidate would have driven analytics solutions development/consulting to multiple s globally
7. Exposure to senior leadership and experience working collaboratively with different Fields
8. Ability to manage conflicts, different points of view
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
10. Strategic thinking
11. Analysing the sponsorships to associates with Rio Brands
