Some conversations stay with you long after they’re over. ❤️

Talking to Aryaki was one of those.

A doctor by profession, she has this incredible curiosity about the human body and how it works. But what we loved just as much was hearing her talk about something completely different, how she’s always loved wearing sarees for occasions, and how trying this bright Suta saree made her see them a little differently.

She loved the colour. She loved how she looked in it. But most importantly, she loved how comfortable she felt.

And now, she says sarees might just become a part of her everyday wardrobe not just something saved for special occasions. We’ll happily take that as a compliment. ❤️

We recorded this conversation sitting around the London Bridge, and somehow, it felt like the perfect setting for what Suta has become.

From starting Suta in 2016 to finding ourselves in London, meeting wonderful people like Aryaki, and hearing stories from women across the world, it still feels a little surreal.

Suta has taken us places we never imagined we’d go.

And every person we meet along the way reminds us why we started in the first place.

There are some moments that make you pause and think, how did we get here? ❤️

We met Sohini in London, and what started as a conversation about Suta quickly turned into one of those warm, unforgettable conversations you wish could go on forever. We heard about the incredible food she cooks, her love for Suta, and what it means to be part of this little Suta world from so far away.

And then, there we were, sitting by the London Bridge, talking, laughing, and listening to stories about Suta from across the globe.

Sometimes, we still can’t believe this is our life.

Suta has taken us to the most amazing places and, more importantly, introduced us to incredible women along the way. Women we may have never met otherwise, but who somehow feel like old friends because of their love for Suta.
