There’s a difference between inspiration and imitation and lately, we’ve been seeing a lot of the latter.
As a brand, we pour time, creativity, and intention into every design we create. Each piece reflects our vision, our hard work and our identity.
Over time, we noticed our original designs being copied, reproduced and sold without permission and acknowledgement.
What we create is not just a product, it’s the result of countless hours of thought, effort and passion and seeing it misused was not only disappointing, it felt unfair and unjust.
So we chose to take a stand against those who infringed on our designs and hence, took legal action against a brand that copied our designs, product imagery and written content to which the Delhi High Court ruled in our favour, directing them to stop manufacturing and selling the impugned product.
This is not just about us, it’s about setting a precedent that originality matters and that creative work deserves respect and protection.
We believe in fair competition, ethical business practices and building something authentic from the scratch. And most importantly, we believe our community deserves authenticity, not replicas.
Copying is easy. Creating is not.
We will continue to fight to protect what we have built and we thank our community and supporters for recognizing and supporting our original work. Your trust is what keeps us creating.
