My Account & My Order
How do I place my order? To place your order follow these simple steps :
1.Note the Item code of the product you want to buy and then forward it to us via message with your contact details(name, add,phone no.) and your size
2. Once you are done with all this we will immediately contact you for confirmation of your order

ll. We would love to take your order over phone. You may contact us on 9312131462 to book your order on COD mode. How will I receive my order? We will ship your product through our own courier services and it will be delivered to you at your doorstep . How will I get confirmation that my order is placed successfully? Once your Order is successfully placed, we will send you a confirmation over email and sms from [email protected]. This will have all the details related to your order. o How to check the status of my order? Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email and sms. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via sms. In case of any unusual event which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end.

How can I cancel my order?
1. If you wish to cancel your order, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel your order.
2. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. NOTE : Please go though our refund policy for brief information regarding Refund.
• Payment Mode
o COD is the only payment option that we are providing currently, we are working on other payment options for you thanks for being so patient. o Are there any hidden charges? There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by GET e-business & marketing. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
• Shipping & Tracking
What is the Shipping Policy of Get store? We provide you one of the best experience of shopping at every step. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. What is the delivery time period? Within Delhi/NCR Orders are delivered within 5 - 7 working days. Delivery time for rest of all is within 8-10 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address. Do you apply any shipping charges? Within Delhi/NCR Get store provides Free Shipping for order above Rs 500. There will be a shipping charge of Rs 100 on orders outside Delhi/NCR. o Tracking

• Replacement Policy
Get store wants you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from Get store Brands. We understand that a lot of you may be buying from us for the first time, and might have concerns around purchasing products whose fit or material you may not be sure of. Our returns policy guidelines takes care of all that. Read on to know more (we want you to know we value you and that's why there's absolutely no "fineprint"! ).
1.All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
2.Our Quality Assurance team will take the final call on whether to approve or reject a return. When can I replace ? You can return any products ordered from Get store within 15 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with. To ensure that your returns are accepted by our Quality team, please ensure you take adequate measures to ensure your product trial does not affect the original condition of the products in any way. How long the entire process will take ? Once your return request has been placed, it usually takes about 2 or 3 days to organize a pickup (at the moment, only for Delhi/NCR). Allow for about 3 - 4 days for delivery to Get store
In case you are shipping the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier service. Do I get charged for couriering the products ? We do not charge any fees for pickups arranged for, and serviced by us. In case you ship your return product back to us yourself, the courier charges upto Rs 99 would be reimbursed to compensate to some extent the inconvenience caused to you. We request you to provide us the image copy of the bill stating the amount you paid for couriering the old product to my office address. That said, we do encourage you to use our logistics services for replacements as that allows us to track your consignments and process your request much faster. While the pickup services provided by Get store Logistics are currently available in Delhi/NCR, we are ramping up our operations rapidly to extend our services in several other key metros very shortly. How will I be refunded for the shipping ? Cheque and online transfer are the two ways we can use to refund you(choice is yours), you have to provide us the bank details for the online transfer. Can I replace my product for an item of lesser or higher value? No, your replacement order value should be equal to the return item/s value. Are there any charges for Replacement? No, the replacement would carried out without any extra charges.
• Refund Policy
What are the terms and conditions for refund? In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money:
1.The product you ordered has a manufacturing defect.
2. You received a damaged merchandise. You can claim for refund within 15 days after you received your product. o How long the refund procedure takes? The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. The refund time may vary from bank to bank. o Where should I return my product? o I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary depending on the mode of refund. For queries you can write to us or just give us a call.
• Miscellaneous
o Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration? Registering with us does subscribe you to our newsletter. If you don't wish to receive our newsletter just click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. o The item which I bought is now available at a lower price. What do I do now? Unfortunately nothing can be done now. Please subscribe to our newsletter and 'like' us on Facebook for latest updates and offers. o Do you accept bulk order? If you want to place a bulk order please drop a mail to [email protected] with your requirements and the concerned team will get back to you. o I want to place an order but I don't want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible? Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be replaced if your loved one faces any problem with it. o Is there any trial then purchase option available? We do not have trial and buy option available with us. o I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible? Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
