Your people have done a master's degree in cheating. First they harass customers by saying everyday they are coming for delivery but they don't...how will they coz they already stole the goods
Now for return I have to wait for 25 days ( for ur information it was Delhi to Gurgaon package not any out of state)
I told your team .in that already lost the goods kindly do the refund (asked after 15 days)but you took 25 days to deliver just to finish up your job.

Now I want a full refund into my bank account and not in your wallet as I don't want to work with your team.
If you deduct a single rs from my goods value then get ready to face the consequences. You people literally mentally harassed me.....

Tired of calling again and again to .in and for just my single parcel.
We know none of you are trustworthy. .in just transferring from one call to another they themselves don't know which is the correct department and don't even want to talk about their service coz first they harrassed my customer by calling at 10 pm for delivery and then they don't turned up and now I am just receiving otp after otp but the delivery boy number shared by Amazon don't even have my shipment. This has been happening for the past 3 days.

So would you guys like to reply over a call and hope you know your department well enough so that they can call me directly .in
